When you use FormDecoder, we receive the form images you upload so we can analyze them and generate your explanation report. We also collect anonymous page view data through Vercel Analytics, which helps us understand how many people use the service. This analytics data contains no cookies and no personal information.
FormDecoder does not require an account. We don't ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information. We don't collect payment data. We do not store the form images you upload — they are processed in real time and then discarded. We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
When you upload a form, the images are sent to Google's Gemini AI API for analysis. This happens in real time — your images are not retained by FormDecoder after the analysis is complete. Google's handling of data sent to the Gemini API is governed by their own privacy policy. You can read more about it at policies.google.com/privacy.
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand traffic patterns. This service uses no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information. You can learn more about how it works at Vercel's analytics privacy policy.
